If you're considering starting a business in Poland, our team is ready to assist you in establishing any type of company, helping you quickly implement your plans and bring your business vision to life. The most commonly chosen legal form is a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.). Company registration in Poland can be done in two ways: through the traditional method or via the S24 online system.
S24 is currently the fastest way to register a company in Poland. However, to register a company through S24, every person involved in the business must have a trusted ePUAP profile, which is only available to holders of a Polish PESEL number.
The second registration method is the traditional approach, which requires shareholders to visit a notary in person to sign the prepared company agreement. If a shareholder is abroad, a proxy can be appointed to represent the owner before the notary in Poland. We also handle all subsequent steps, including company registration in the National Court Register (KRS).
We'll confidently guide you through every stage of the process.
For companies that don't have a registered office address, we assist in obtaining one.
